Assist the manager in handling daily operational tasks, effectively allocate tasks, and manage the team efficiently.2. Supervise and guide team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.3. Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff to maintain an efficient team.4. Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.5. Assist in developing and implementing project plans, oversee budgets, and allocate resources.6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and promote cooperation and communication within the team.Requirements:1. Male.2. Age between 25 and 35 years old.3. Bachelor's degree.4. Relevant work experience in the construction engineering industry.5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.7.
