Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installation work at construction sites.
• Coordinate and manage electricians, helpers, and subcontractor labour.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor daily labour attendance, productivity, overtime, and work progress.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager and Head Office.
• Check material requirements, raise indents, and maintain material inward, issue, and stock records.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and avoid wastage.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, other site teams, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and site safety procedures.
• Verify completed work, resolve site-level issues, and support inspection and measurement activities.
• Maintain proper documentation, including work completion reports and site records.
