Responsibility:

To Create and implement effective Sales & marketing strategies for respective project.
To carry out competitor analysis / market study.
To carry out analysis of registrant profile
To assist Senior Marketing & Sales Executive on activities pertaining to A&P Programme i.e Liaise with advertisement agency, media representative, signboard, authority, lawyer, review customer profile and etc.
To undertake the application or extension or renewal of the Developer's Licence (DL) and Advertising and Sales Permit (AP).
Liaise with lawyers, bankers and local authorities in respect of S&P, Loan processing and approval, loan documentation.
Assist in the operations of sales administration including monitoring the progress billings and collections, loan documentation, processing of reports and customer service.
Involved in the c=entire marketing activities : Update & monitor company website & customer database.
Experience in marketing of properties is an advantage.

Requirements :

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent.
At lease 3 years of working experience in property development company or in related field.
Proficient in usage of social media for marketing activities.
