Responsibilities :- Manage the progress of building construction works in accordance with the contract and the construction drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants during construction stage.
- Ensure project implementation and completion within stipulated time, cost and quality.
- Manage performance of main contractor and subcontractors during various phases of project development
- Responsible for liaison work with relevant government agencies at all stages of implementation.
- Other assignment deemed necessaries and assigned by management.
Requirement :
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structure Engineering, Architecture, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in property development or construction company.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to lead project team, coordinate with internal contract department and consultants.
- Sound technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying and architectural works.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Responsible and Good Personal Integrity.
