Working Hours : 8am - 5pm (Mon - Sat)

Job Description

• Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner

• Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members

• Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner

• Monitor & arrange for the dispatch job if there is any urgent call from staff

• Prepare, sorting and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels

• Updates monthly utilities bill and panel clinics bills to relevant departments

• Any ad-hoc task will be informed by the superior from time to time

• Good work ethics, motivated, self-learner and able to work under pressure.

• Positive working attitude with pleasant and excellent interpersonal skill
