Guest Experience Executive

Salary: $2800 to $3500 (RM9520-RM11900)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00am - 18:00pm)

Job Description

- Deliver professional and quality concierge services to customers

- Communicate and handle customer requests or enquiries via phone, email, online platform in a clear, professional and timely manner

- Establish relationships with customers with a positive customer experience after every contact

- Provide support for Material Planners, risk management and marketing research

- Plan, manage and support marketing campaigns/branding/events and hosting with various team functions manage and monitor the corporate gifts inventory for gifting

- Produce regular reports on marketing and manpower capacity, including scheduling and coordinating sales appointments

- Assist in sample preparation, collection and delivery

- Ensure corporate image is maintained to Ensure that conditions of showroom is well maintained

- Receive and manage mails and packages

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in product development in a food industry.

- Relevant research/experience in seasoning powder products

- Role: Replacement role (Super urgent)

- Reporting to R&D manager

- Interview rounds: 2 (face to face preferred)

- Working location: @factory/office

- Diploma / Degree in Food Science
