PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high quality of service to clients by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
- Keep abreast of current jewelry and fashion trends, providing tailored styling advice and personalized recommendations to clients
- Assist with achievement of store sales goals and profit plans, ensuring financial growth of the store
- Building repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
- Deliver top notch after-sales services in an effective way to ensure customer satisfaction
- Offer outstanding support through online inquiries and virtual consultations, ensuring a seamless online-to-offline customer experience
- Assist with overall operations of store, enhancing store standards in order to create a positive customer experience
- Conduct regular checks on retail inventory, ensure accurate account of stock, perform price tagging and report any discrepancies to manager
- Collaborate with other departments to present a unified brand image and achieve sales targets
- Ad- hoc tasks as assigned
PREFERED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service oriented and sales driven personality
- Prior experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or premium fashion retail is preferred
- Fluent in English, and Malay or Mandarin, proficiency in at least two of these languages is a must
- Ability to work flexibly in both physical and digital environments
- Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail skills and quality focused
- Prior live stream experience is a plus
