PURCHASING EXECUTIVE - KOTA TINGGI, JOHORJob Scope (Brief)Procure products which are essential for the company’s day-to-day operations.Job Scope (Detailed)Source for quotations and evaluate the offers from suppliers.Issue purchase orders to suppliers.Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of purchased products.Perform goods received note in accounting system for delivered products.Maintain updated records (eg. delivery orders and invoices) of purchased products.Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.SalaryRM2,000 to RM2,500 (based on work experience and qualification)RequirementsFemale.Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (preferred).Proficiency in computer skills.Work experience in related field is preferred though on job training will be provided.Working Hours8am to 6pm5.5 work days/weekJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthBenefits:Opportunities for promotionProfessional development
