Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Network with industry professionals and attend trade shows and events to generate leads and promote company products.Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs. Analyze sales data, market feedback and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as production, design, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of products to customers.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's product offerings, features, and benefits. Train sales team members on product specifications and positioning to enhance their selling effectiveness.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Provide guidance, training, and support to help team members succeed.Work Environment: The sales team typically works in an office environment but may travel frequently to meet clients, attend events, and seminars. The role may involve irregular hours and occasional weekend work to accommodate client schedules and deadlines.Requirements:Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, and/or a related field.Proven experience in the industrial sales field.Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with safety regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
