IT Operations Engineer (mandarin speaking)Salary Range: RM6000-10000Responsibilities:Conduct daily inspections of servers, switches, power environments, etc., to maintain the operating environment of the data center and provide feedback on data.Install, maintain hardware, and handle hardware failures for data center server equipment.Responsible for data center equipment migration, server system installation, and debugging, such as Windows/Linux systems.Assist in troubleshooting CentOS and other UNIX-like systems, promptly identifying and resolving faults, and providing timely feedback on issues.Investigate and resolve faults in data center network equipment, such as switch replacement and link failures.Respond promptly to daily issues and emergencies, follow up on fault handling, and provide timely resolution.Adjust and arrange physical links in the data center, such as fiber optics, network cables, and power lines.Regularly inspect, maintain, replace, and report faulty servers and spare parts in the data center.Prepare, manage, record, and provide feedback on assets required for data center work orders.Coordinate and communicate with IDC operators, vendors, and logistics.Conduct periodic asset inventories to ensure 100% asset accuracy.Ensure on-site asset security of IDC facilities.Liaise with IDC operators, vendors, and logistics for operational coordination.Provide various daily reports as required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.Minimum three years of experience in server or storage maintenance, with preference given to those with data center or IDC experience.Familiarity with industry-leading server and storage principles and operations.Strong hands-on experience and ability to independently solve server and system faults.Proficient in Windows, Linux systems, and office software such as Microsoft Office.Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong teamwork spirit.Ability to adapt to a 24/7 shift system.Basic proficiency in reading and writing in both Chinese and English.Age 25 - 35Working in JohorApply now to join our dynamic IT team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthBenefits:Opportunities for promotionProfessional developmentSchedule:Early shift
