F&B Outlet Assistant

Location: Dataran Pahlawan Megamall, Melaka

Salary: RM1500 per month

Main Responsibilities:

1. Take food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and attentiveness to their preferences and dietary requirements.

2. Prepare orders according to customer requests, adhering to the highest quality and presentation standards.

3. Describe and recommend our diverse range of products to customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable and informed dining experience.

4. Handle online orders efficiently, assembling and packing food in carry-out containers and bags following provided guidelines.

5. Perform cashiering duties with accuracy, accepting payments, providing correct change, and issuing receipts.

6. Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of utensils, equipment, work areas, and dining tables to uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards.

7. Ensure daily used items are well-stocked and all sale displays are neat and attractive to customers, contributing to an inviting atmosphere.

8. Deliver excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Malaysian, female, aged between 19 - 25 years old with a pleasant personality

2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.

3. Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, preferably in high-volume and/or fine dining establishments.

4. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written, verbal, and comprehension).

5. Ability to work for 12 hours (8hrs + 4 hours overtime) a day on 6 days/week including during weekends.

6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and ensure smooth operations.

7. General math skills to conduct financial transactions (i.e., operate the cash register and count back change)

8. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and move swiftly through the fast-food establishment

9. Multitasking skills to handle ongoing tasks while monitoring the environment

10. Candidate with own transport and staying nearby area preferred.
