Responsibilities :

Manage the progress of building construction works in accordance with the contract and the construction drawings.
Coordinate with consultants during construction stage.
Ensure project implementation and completion within stipulated time, cost and quality.
Manage performance of main contractor and subcontractors during various phases of project development
Responsible for liaison work with relevant government agencies at all stages of implementation.
Other assignment deemed necessaries and assigned by management.

Requirement :

Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structure Engineering, Architecture, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in property development or construction company.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong leadership and ability to lead project team, coordinate with internal contract department and consultants.
Sound technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying and architectural works.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
