Job Title: Logistic Executive

Job Summary

Responsible as a executive in the company and work together with the team and other department to ensure logistics operation run efficiently, following and comply with the rules and regulation and make sure smooth daily operation.

Responsibilities:

➢ Assist Snr. Executive & HOD on the Logistics daily operation

➢ Responsible for planning & reorganize for Logistics operation

➢ Work with the internal/external to ensure accurate information of the shipment ➢ Liaise with the Customs Departments and other related Government authorities ➢ Monitor the status of the shipment and customs clearance

➢ Prepare monthly summary report of Logistics operation

➢ Oversee and manage the efficient and smooth operations of the logistic department. ➢ Oversee, control and monitor the whole process of finished goods receiving and issuing activities as well as the loading and transport arrangements to meet internal and external requirements.

➢ Monitor and control the whole import and export activities including documentation

application and liaise with forwarding and shipping agent for quotation, schedule and other related arrangement.

➢ Day to day job required

Requirements:

➢ Experience in dealing with Government Sectors such as MITI, CUSTOMS, MIDA, SIRIM, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and Local Government sectors is an added advantage ➢ Good interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work independently. ➢ Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written). ➢ Able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualification:

➢ At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

➢ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
