PURCHASING EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKING)Basic Range : RM 2,500.00 – RM 3,000.00Responsibilities:Source and procure raw materials, such as fabrics, accessories (i.e. thread, zipper, button, etc) and other supplies required for garment production.Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and delivery timelines.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.Maintain accurate records of purchases, and inventory levels using account and inventory systems.Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.Resolve issues with suppliers regarding quality, delivery, or pricing discrepancies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business goals.Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthBenefits:Opportunities for promotionProfessional developmentSchedule:Early shift
