Salary: $2,500 to $3,000 (RM8500-RM10200)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm

Job Description:

- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.

- Diagnosis: Use diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems and provide accurate diagnoses to customers.

- Repairs: Perform a wide range of repairs, including engine, transmission, suspension, and brake system repairs. Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.

- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to keep vehicles in optimal condition.

- Part Replacement: Replace or repair defective parts, components, and systems using appropriate tools and equipment.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used. Complete repair orders and other documentation as required.

- Safety: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working on vehicles. Ensure that all repaired vehicles meet safety standards.

- Customer Communication: Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner. Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval before starting work.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including service advisors and parts personnel, to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a vehicle mechanic or automotive technician.

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.

- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and precision in work.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Nitec or equivalent; additional automotive training or certifications preferred.
