Management Trainee (Based in Singapore & Mandarin Speaking)

Salary: $2800 - $3500 (RM9520-RM11900) *Chances for increment after probation, depends on performance

Location: West, Central, East & North East

Working Hours:

-6 days work week, 11am-10pm & 4pm-3am (on shift, may change according to company arrangement)

Requirements:

-Must possess at least Degree in relevant education

-Passion in the Food & Beverage industry.

-Age (19-25 years old)

Responsibilities:

-Creating a professional and welcoming experience for our customers based on the company’s guidelines

-Obtain training and perform duties in Service and Kitchen Department

-Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism

-Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.

-Recommend improvements to Management where appropriate

-Resolve all potential service failure issues

-Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management.

-Provide support as needed in various departments

-Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
