Job Description
- Assist with urgent customer issues (such as water leaks or lost keys)
- Cultivate customer relationships through in-person, phone, and email interactions
- Document sales and orders
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and escalating when needed
- Coordinate tenant viewings and review contracts
- Manage overdue payments
- Monitor maintenance schedule
- Aid Managing Director's tasks
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years in BtoC customer service for end users.
- Possess previous work experience within a Japanese company and be acquainted with Japanese business practices and etiquette.
- Japanese language skills in reading, writing, and conversation to liaise with Japanese speaking customer
- Possession of a valid driver's license for driving company vehicles is advantageous.

- Report to: MD (Japanese)
- Interview: 1-2 rounds (face to face)
- If the MD can join in the 1st round, it will serve as the final round.

- Age: Below 40 (Non-Japanese) / Below 50 (Japanese)
- Language: Japanese is a plus
